About Caro

I currently live in the high desert of Santa Fe, NM where I spend my time as a somatic practitioner, chef and radio DJ.

I studied and received my coaching certification with the Strozzi Institute in Petaluma, CA. I have also trained with the Embody Lab (conflict mediation certification) taken courses with Peter Levine, Esther Perel, and Prentis Hemphill’s Embodiment institute, I am also strongly influenced by the work of Adrienne Maree Brown and Staci Haines.
